HOW TO APPLY TO Kidshak AGENCY

We will need to see a minimum of 2 shots of your child. 2 good clear shot of the face are ideal. We cannot consider any incomplete application forms, nor those which do not have the two required photographs attached. You will need to send these to us as small JPG's. Kidshak cannot accept weblinks to your child's photographs, nor photographs sent as a Word Document. 

The application form is below, with a facility to attach your photographs.  Once you have clicked submit, a page will be displayed stating that your application has been successfully submitted.  If this does not appear, then please assume that it has not been sent correctly, we haven't received it and therefore should be submitted again.  Please do not call the agency to ask if we have received an application, as if we have received the application the confirmation page will appear after submission.

If you would prefer to post an application, you will need to provide us with a minimum of 2 clear head shots of your child. They can be sent as hard copy, or on CD ROM. However you decide to send them, all postal applications should include a stamped addressed envelope for their return and our reply, together with a copy of our application form, which is shown below.

All applications for children under the age of 16 MUST be submitted by an adult 

After clicking the submit button for this form, a notification will appear on your screen to confirm it has been sent.
All applications are assessed within 7 days of their receipt.

Please note that Kidshak cannot be held responsible for any non-delivery of, or damage to postal applications and/or photographs. Likewise, any application that does not include a stamped addressed envelope, will not be replied to if the applicant is not suitable for the agency.
